Terms

These terms cover buying and using Propre. Propre is made by Near App LLC ("we" on this page). By buying or using Propre, you agree to them.

Buying Propre

Propre costs $3 once, tax included. There's no subscription.

Lemon Squeezy sells Propre for us as the merchant of record. When you buy, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, charges any tax, and sends your receipt and code.

Your code

  • One code unlocks Propre on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac from Propre's Settings.
  • Use Propre for yourself, for personal use or for your work.
  • Don't share, sell or publish your code.
  • Updates are included in the price. We don't promise any particular update or feature.

Refunds

If Propre doesn't work on your Mac, email support@getpropre.app within 14 days of buying. Include your order number and what went wrong. If you can, also send a report from Propre's Help page, so we can see what happened.

Most problems are bugs we can fix, so we'll try that first. If we can't get Propre working on your Mac, we'll refund you in full.

Apart from that, all sales are final.

A refunded code stops working. Propre locks at its next update, and the code can't unlock Propre on any Mac again.

If you have a problem with a charge, email support@getpropre.app before you contact your bank.

Using Propre

  • Propre needs macOS 26 or later on a Mac with Apple silicon.
  • Speech recognition makes mistakes. Read your text before you send it. Propre never presses Return or sends anything for you.
  • Don't copy, resell or redistribute Propre, or change it to get around the unlock.
  • Propre includes open models and libraries under their own licences. See Acknowledgements.

Your data

Your voice and your text stay on your Mac. Privacy explains what Propre stores and when it connects to the internet.

No warranty

We work hard to make Propre reliable, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim about Propre is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we'll update this page and the date below. The terms that applied when you bought Propre still apply to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
